A report to the Rt. Hon. Caroline Flint MP, Minister for Housing and Planning by Ted Beardsall CBE, Deputy Chief Executive Land Registry, to consider scale and nature of problems surrounding local property searches and leasehold information and advice on potential solutions.

A Working Group has been established to take forward the recommendations of this report (further information can be found in the Home Information Pack section).
